The apartment is very well situated in the historic heart of one of London’s famous law districts, just off Chancery Lane. Your nearest tube stations are Chancery Lane (5 minutes walk, Central Line) and Holborn (7 minutes, Central and Piccadilly lines).
The apartment sleeps 4 people in two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one with bath + rainfall over-shower, the other with a shower. A fifth person can be accommodated on a sofa-bed/rollaway.
The apartment has a spacious split-level open plan living / kitchen / dining area, complete with floor to ceiling picture windows. The elevated living space features a sink-in sofa and two rocking chairs, complete with a 55″ Sony Bravia Smart TV and complimentary Netflix for your entertainment, alongside a state-of-the-art Sonos audio system. The original Paul Smith rug invites you to kick back and relax in a swirl of colour and escapism.
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area accommodates up to four guests in comfort and style. Both bedrooms have king-size luxury beds, built in wardrobes, large windows and Sonos audio systems. It also has two spacious bathrooms: one full family bathroom with rainfall shower and bathtub, and one with shower only.

A sofa-bed/rollaway is available for a 5th person for £30/night.

Check-in is usually from 3pm and check-out is at 11am, although early arrivals and late check-outs will be accommodated whenever possible. For early arrivals and late check-outs unable to be accommodated complimentary luggage storage is available. There is a late arrival fee of £100 ( plus 20% VAT) for all arrivals between 10pm and 6am.
The Welcome Basket differs from ours but includes fresh fruit and flowers. Additional, paid for, items can be provided on request. There are “24/7” shops very close by.
At check-in your meeter/greeter will go over all aspects of the property at check-in and answer and questions you have about what to see and do and how to get around. You do still have access to the Coach House Rentals telephone help line to provide you with answers to questions about London – what to do and see, should you need more advice.
