Once the epicentre of the punk movement in the 80s and its adjacent notoriety, Kings Cross has undergone a cultural facelift over the years and has since earned a reputation as a contemporary technological and cultural hub. Home to the likes of Google and The Guardian. As well as the having a tube station (Victoria, Piccadilly, Northern and Circle lines) its rail stations connect to all parts north and also south to Europe via the Channel Tunnel – fancy a quick trip to Paris? Just 2hrs 30mins away.
Three two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens, living areas and balconies, sleep 4/5 in 2 double bedrooms or 1 double and 1 twin, with a possible 5th person on a roll-away.
Parties of 8-12 can be accommodated if rented together with KX3D or KX3T (3 bedroom 3 bathroom units).
All three flats are similarly furnished, the living and dining areas each have comfortable seating for 4. (The pictures shown are representative of the units.) You can use with your Apple TV or Netflix account on the 40” flat-screen TV and there’s free high speed wifi.
The kitchen is fitted with all the necessary equipment (dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave) as well as utensils and cutlery.
The bedrooms are either 2 doubles (king-size and normal) or double (king-size) and twins. The bathrooms have bath with rainfall over-shower or rainfall shower.
Price per night:
Minimum stay is 3 nights. Discounts are available for stays of over 7 nights, a 7th person can be accommodated on a rollaway bed for an additional £50 one-off charge.

The property is normally available from 11.00am but a check-in from 11.00am to 3.00pm incurs a £50 charge.
Charge-free meet/greet check-in is available from 3.00pm to 6.00pm. After 6.00pm it’s self check-in, keys will be found in a lock-box to which you will be given the code.
If access is required before 11.00am the previous night must be booked and self-check-in (as after 6.00pm) can be whenever needed.
There are no facilities for bags to be left at the property prior to check-in. If such facilities are required a local stasher.com will be recommended.
Check-out is 10.00am. A late check-out up to 12.00pm on request may be possible but may incur a charge of £50.
The Welcome Pack differs from ours but tea, coffee, milk and sugar are included Additional, paid for, items can be provided on request.
The apartment has a set of notes covering the neighbourhood shops, local transport, pubs, restaurants and cafés. There are “24/7” shops very close by. You do still have access to the Coach House Rentals telephone help line to provide you with answers to questions about London – what to do and see, should you need advice.
