Breer Street (Ref: BRE)
Sleek and contemporary Fulham apartment
This ground floor flat will leave you feeling very serene – the space has a natural air of calm due to its modern flowing design and sleek lines. The property is located on a quiet road, off Wandsworth Bridge Road (good local buses), some 10 minutes walk to The Kings Road (more buses) and not much further to the nearest tube – Parson’s Green (District line), which can be reached via a pleasant walk though your local park – South Park.
The apartment sleeps two in a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Wireless internet is provided.
As you enter the flat you walk through a modern hallway (complete with pretty floor lights) which leads to an open-plan living space with kitchen and dining area (21ft11 x 14ft9, 6.7m x 4.5m). This is a wonderful contemporary space with wooden floor, white walls and sky-lights which brings in lots of natural light. The comfortable living space is located next to a set of French doors which open out onto a pretty little garden. In the living area you’ll find a comfortable L-shaped three-seater sofa; pleasant art on the walls adds a focal point.
There is a small dining table and two chairs between the living area and the kitchen, which is open-plan, sleek and modern, with white cabinets and charcoal-toned work surfaces. Here you will find everything you’ll need for your self-catering stay including oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer and cooking utensils.
The garden is a nice little private area which lights up in the evening. This green space is shared with next your neighbour who owns both properties. Here you’ll find a table and bench for alfresco dining and a fascinating little war bunker (yes really!) – a slice of London history right there in your garden!
The bedroom (14ft1 x 10ft5, 4.3m x 3.2m) is at the front of the apartment and is ultra-modern in style with wooden floor, white walls, wall-mounted flat-screen TV with digital channels, double bed (6ft3 x 4ft6) and fitted wardrobes. The large en-suite bathroom is equally as impressive with masculine grey tiles throughout, sleek stainless steel fittings, a large bath with shower attachment, large walk-in rain shower, loo and bidet – it wouldn’t look out of place in a 5 star hotel!
There is good shopping locally and a convenience store close by. Quickest way to the centre is a bus (28 or 295) to Fulham Broadway – more good shopping, pubs, restaurants etc. – then tube (District line) to Victoria, Westminster and the City.
