Beaufort Street (Ref: BFT)

This attractive property is in fashionable Chelsea. Earl’s Court tube station (District, and Piccadilly lines) is about a 10 minute walk and South Kensington (same tube lines) is not much further – if you don’t want to walk, a bus from the nearby bus stop will get you there quickly.
There is an abundance of restaurants, bars and boutiques in the immediate area and a small outdoor food market (Chelsea Farmers Market on Sydney Street) selling delicious seasonal produce.
The accommodation is arranged over two floors in traditional style with modern features throughout. Wooden floors, soft cream carpets and pale magnolia walls create a homely atmosphere, it sleeps four people in two double bedrooms, with two bathrooms. Wifi internet access is provided, but there is no phone service.
On entering you are welcomed by a bright hallway which leads to the living area at the front of the property. The room (18ft2 x 12ft10, 5.6m x 3.7m) has wonderful high ceilings and large windows that allow in plenty of light. Contemporary in style, the room has a chic feel, with sleek lamps, a daybed, two-seater sofa, two chairs and a modern TV with digital channels. There is also a dining table where four diners can enjoy a meal. A black fireplace, bold patterned rug and photographs of the local area add character to the room.
The kitchen (10ft3 x 6ft7, 3.1m x 2m) is further along the hallway and provides access to the private garden. The room has been decorated in earthy tones with brown marble surfaces and dark wooden cabinets. There is a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, and a toaster – basically everything you need for a self-catering stay.
Also on this floor, away from the road, is the first double bedroom (10ft2 x 9ft6, 3.1m x 2.9m) which has a soft cream carpet, fitted wardrobe with drawers and a chair. The room is simple and modern in style and overlooks the garden at the back of the house. Close by is the main bathroom with free-standing shower, basin and loo.
The second bedroom (10ft11 x 9ft8, 3.1m x 3m) is located downstairs (also away from the road) and gives access to the garden through French windows. The room shares the same clean and modern style, with a fitted wardrobe and drawers and a bedside table with lamp.
Next door is the second bathroom with a bath + over-shower, basin and loo. This room has a classic Mediterranean feel.
The pretty paved garden, accessed from both the kitchen and the downstairs bedroom, is set on two levels. The lower level has a two seater garden bench outside the downstairs bedroom, the upper a round table with seating for four and large sun umbrella for warm summer afternoons. (The garden pictures were taken in winter and don’t do it justice!)
