Our policy on bookings made before Covid-19
Booking deposit only paid:
Loss of booking deposit – we ask for your understanding that we do have ongoing costs to cover.
Paid in full:
Option 1: Refund of rent and administration charge, less 20% administration fee. Any Security Deposit paid will also be refunded
Option 2: Retention by Coach House Rentals of rent and administration charge, to be used as a credit towards another booking within a year of the end of the CDC warning. Any Security Deposit paid will be refunded
If you choose to cancel and there is no CDC level 3 or 4 warning our normal cancellation and curtailment conditions will apply – see How do I book.
We always advise travellers to take out appropriate travel insurance to recover monies paid in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If you need to find a broker who can provide this go to Google and search for “travel insurance”.
