This fine modern house is situated in the heart of Chelsea. The area boasts some excellent shops and restaurants, not to mention impressive clubs and bars. Your nearest tube station is South Kensington (District, Circle and Piccadilly lines) – about a 10 minute walk. There are frequent buses running along the Fulham Road that can take you there directly. The house has a clean, modern style with plenty of space and is set over three floors.

The house sleeps 6 in three double rooms with three bathrooms (two of which are en-suite). There is an option to just use 2 of the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms at a reduced price, see below. Garaged parking is available – please request when booking. Wireless internet is provided, but there is no phone service.

The open-plan living area (14ft8 x 12ft8, 4.5m x 3.9m) is situated on the first floor and boasts plenty of light which simply spills in from the French windows. The room is contemporary in style and has been decorated with white walls and a plush cream carpet – one of the highlights of this room is the gorgeous glass-enclosed staircase.

For entertainment there is a Bose sound system to which e you can attach your iPod and listen to your favourite music, and a flat-screen TV with digital channels. The room also benefits from a sleek glass coffee table, a comfy three-seater sofa, modern lighting and an eclectic collection of artwork on the walls. French windows from the room lead out onto a small roof terrace which has a chair for you to sit and soak up the sunny rays – the terrace is not suitable for children!

You will find the kitchen/dining area (25ft6 x 12ft5, 7.8m x 3.8m) on the ground floor as you enter the property through the hallway. A contemporary space; the kitchen/dining area has a wooden floor, white walls and photographic prints on the walls which add both character and colour to the room. This open-plan area feels very spacious, owing to the glass enclosed staircase, sky-lit kitchen and French doors at the far end of the room which lead out onto a private white-walled patio garden with pretty bamboo and a table and two chairs.

The dining area has a glass table which can seat six guests and there is an additional chair if required. The kitchen has a sleek style with a glossy cream finish and granite work surfaces – there is an oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster.

The master bedroom (12ft4 x 12ft5, 3.11m x 3.8m) is located on the top (second) floor. This room is simple and modern with a cream carpet, king size bed (6ft6 x 5ft) with bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table. It has a set of shuttered French doors that lead out onto a private balcony overlooking the neighbouring rooftops. The room also has an impressive modern en-suite bathroom which is tiled throughout with a high ceiling; there is a bath, basin and loo.

The next room along (9ft5 x 8ft2, 2.9m x 2.5m) shares the same cream colour scheme and features a double bed (6ft3 x 4ft6), bookshelf and a small en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and loo.

The third bedroom (11ft8 x 6ft8, 3.6m x 2.1m) is on the first floor next to the living area and shares the clean, modern theme of the house. The room has a double bed (6ft3 x 4ft6) and a walk-in wardrobe for your belongings. The third bathroom, with shower, basin and loo is also on this floor.

The property is located moments from the Fulham Road which has everything that you need for an enjoyable stay in London: restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques and high-street shops. South Kensington (District, Circle and Piccadilly lines) and Fulham Broadway (District line) stations are both about 10 minutes walking distance – but there are numerous buses that can take you directly to either. The King’s Road is about 5 minutes walk away, here you’ll find more shopping opportunities as well as excellent mid-range and top-end restaurants.
