A recent analysis showed that 22% of our bookings are returning customers and 12% are recommended by a friend – we must be doing something right! Maybe it’s the full concierge service we offer, or the fact that before they book our guests can have a dialogue with us by email or phone to help them choose the right rental for them, giving them reassurance that they will get what they are paying for.
Fake vacation rentals are the hottest internet scam. Last week we were able to help a party of Italians who had arrived in London to find their rental accommodation, booked with a single website click, was non-existent. Forbes, the authoritative American business magazine, recently ran this article on the subject. Coach House Rentals are a well established company who have been looking after their guests since 2001. Our main base is in London but we also operate in New York and Rome. You’ll find us listed in several guide books (Rick Steves, Frommers, National Geographic, Marco Polo) and we have excellent Trip Advisor reviews.
Looking to visit New York without breaking the bank? We’ve got the answer: a 4/6 person, 2 bedroom apartment across the Hudson River in New Jersey for the ridiculous price of $195/night. That’s $49 per person per night if you’re 4 and just $32.50 if you’re 6! Full details.
